I am advised of the following information by the Ministry for Regulation: System name: M365 Copilot; Supplier: Microsoft; Purpose: Cross Ministry processes and desktop productivity improvements; Date of commissioning: 24/09/2025. The contract value is commercially sensitive and is therefore not disclosed.
