Answer

I am advised that there was one Ministry of Transport wide engagement survey in November 2025, overall engagement rate was 59.5%. I am further advised that NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi carries out an organisation-wide staff survey every quarter, which has been run internally. The average engagement score since 27 November 2023 to date is 7.6 out of 10.
