Answer

I am advised, the Ministry for Women did not conduct engagement, morale or cultural surveys in 2023 and 2024. In 2025, the Ministry participated in the Public Service Commission’s Te Taunaki Public Service Census. Following the Census, the Ministry is doing regular check ins with staff.
