Answer
I refer the Member to the attached table. Officials advise Inland Revenue runs a People Experience Pulse (PX Pulse) survey several times a year to measure the current employee experience and perceptions of Inland Revenue as an employer. The PX Pulse is sent to all permanent and fixed term employees. The survey measures five core dimensions: Wellbeing, Work Experience, Development, Inclusion and Advocacy. The Pulse was established in March 2020 and since February 2024, Wellbeing, Work Experience and Development have been measured in every pulse, with Advocacy and Inclusion measured once annually. The full suite provides a view of employee experience with no single overall engagement or satisfaction score, however the Advocacy dimension measures the extent to which an employee would recommend Inland Revenue as an employer. Nine PX Pulse surveys have been run since November 2023. The surveys are administered internally.
